What is the application process?

There will be a criminal background check on all occupants over the age of 18, credit check, rental verification and employment/income verification.

What do I need in order to qualify?

Your income will need to be equal to three times the monthly rent, credit will need to be good and the rental history cannot include any evictions, collections or judgments. Please call the office with any specific questions at (919) 395-9515.

How long does it take to qualify?

The application process can take anywhere from 2-5 days, depending on how quickly the rental and employment verifications are completed. To expedite this process, please be sure to include all information on the application and notify your landlord and employer in advance to expect a phone call or fax from us.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Please email Kristina to schedule a showing appointment. Your email will be returned within 24 hours or the next business day if on a weekend or a holiday.

When are appointments available?

Appointments are available during office hours which are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. If you need an after or before office hours appointment, please send an email to to inquire about scheduling and availability.

How do I get in touch with the property manager to ask additional questions?

You will be provided access to a Tenant Portal for rent payment and maintenance requests. You will also be provided several contact numbers and email addresses for property managers for questions or emergencies.

Is someone available on weekends or evenings to answer my questions?

Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. If you call the property manager and leave a message, or email the office after hours at, your message/email will be returned as soon as possible.

What is the Security Deposit?

The security deposit for our properties is equal to the amount of the first month’s rent. We do have exceptions where some properties have security deposits equal to 1 ½ or 2 months rent. Please review each property for details.

When is the Security Deposit due?

The security deposit is due after your application has been approved. You will have 24 hours to pay the deposit to secure your move-in date and take the property off the market; otherwise the next approved application has the opportunity to do so.

How do I get cable/satellite connected at my property?

In order to establish utility services you will need to call the proper utility company. If the service requires adding an additional cable outlet or adding a satellite dish, you will need a permission letter from your property manager. A list of utility providers will be provided to you by email once you are approved for the residence.
