Maintenance requests should be logged using your online tenant portal. Please ensure to reference all Tenant Responsibilities as outlined in your Lease and troubleshooting tips (specifically, the Maintenance Troubleshooting Guide linked below) prior to logging your maintenance request online. For emergency maintenance concerns, please enter the request in your portal first and then call the T.S. Team. If no members are available, please dial the emergency maintenance number detailed in the voicemail.
